Search Jamaica properties by address

Find any of 250,000+ parcels by street, place name, LV number, or Volume / Folio β€” across all 14 parishes and 819 districts. Search is free; you only pay if you choose to unlock a parcel's tax + ownership records.

How it works

  1. Type

Type your address, road, place name, LV number, or Volume / Folio. Autocomplete suggests parcels as you type β€” partial matches work.

  2. Match

Pick a parcel from the results. Each row shows the address, district, parish, and a parcel identifier so you can confirm the right match before opening.

  3. Open

Land on the parcel page: live boundary map, OFMOP local context (schools, transit, garbage day), AI valuation insight, and a Jurifi prompt for legal questions.

Frequently asked

What can I search by?

Address, road, place name, LV number (e.g. "LV 12345"), or Volume / Folio (e.g. "1452/78"). Partial matches work β€” try a road name if the full address has no result.

What is an LV number?

The Land Valuation number is the National Land Agency's unique parcel identifier. Every formally registered parcel in Jamaica has one. CaptureLand indexes 250,000+ LV records across all 14 parishes.

What is Volume / Folio?

Volume and Folio is the Registrar General's Department title reference. The format is usually "XXXX/YY" (e.g. "1452/78"). It's the legal title identifier that appears on certificates of title.

Why does my address have no result?

A few reasons: the parcel may be unregistered, the spelling may need a variation, or the road may not be in our index. Try a nearby address, the LV number, or use coordinate search if you have GPS.

Is the search free?

Yes β€” searching, viewing parcel boundaries, and reading the AI valuation insight are all free. You only pay if you choose to unlock the tax + ownership record (one-time per parcel, or unlimited via Premium).

How fresh is the data?

CaptureLand indexes against National Land Agency and Registrar General's Department feeds and is refreshed continuously. Each parcel page shows the data source (NLA GIS or Database) so you can verify provenance.
